How does your company operate?

As Racquet X is an online company, we do not have a physical store front for our customers to view our products. However, as we wish to provide the most convenient and personalised service to our customers, by offering the following:

  • A dedicated badminton session, that allows you to try and view our products, before you decide on buying;
  • A special roadshow, so our friendly staff can bring our products to where you play, and let you try them at your venue;
  • A convenient list of locations where you can pick up your purchased items, drop off your racquets for restringing or view your desired products.
Currently, you can meet our friendly staff at any of the following locations:
  • Auburn (by appointment and on weekends)
  • Beecroft (by appointment and on weekends)
  • Eastwood (by appointment and on weekends)
  • Epping (by appointment and on weekends)
  • Five Dock Leisure Centre (by appointment and on weekends)

How long does it take to get a racquet strung?

Racquet X is a company that reward staff that are patient and can plan ahead. We wish to keep this concept and offer those patient and well-organised customers that does not need their racquets immediately by providing the best value for money.
The turn-around time of our racquet restringing services depend on our workload and the urgency of your racquet. Generally, any restringing work can be completed and returned back to our customers between 1 - 5 days.

How can I ensure that my racquet will be returned?

With everything in life, there is never 100% guarantees. Even for physical shops, there have been stories that racquets been lost or stolen during their restringing service. Saying that though, Racquet X is a registered company in Australia and deal with many distributors and customers. We have many new and limited edition racquets that are in stock and have many clients and Sydney clubs that comes to us for restringing services. We also provide sponsorship to NSW Badminton Association. We treat all our customers with honesty and respect and aim for returning business.

Do you have testimony section, so that I can see people’s comments?

This is currently in development. However, most of our feedback is generally via word of mouth. We do though, have a Facebook page,, where our customers leave comments or provide support.
